L&T Semiconductor Technologies (LTSCT) on Friday said it has unveiled 40 products at SEMICON India 2026, including its first silicon carbide (SiC) product platform and a fully designed-in-India BLDC motor controller. The company, which is a wholly owned subsidiary of Larsen & Toubro, is showcasing the products under the theme “Silicon to Systems: Building the Ecosystem”, with applications spanning secure identity, surveillance, connectivity, computing and power electronics.
