Venezuela signs 61 oil agreements, expects $76 billion in investments over five years

Venezuela expects to attract nearly $76 billion in oil investments over the next five years under recently signed agreements, acting President Delcy Rodriguez said on Saturday. A bilateral accord with the United States includes plans to drill 250 rigs and covers 17 oilfields, forming part of a broader package of 61 agreements signed by the two sides.
