Adani Power bags 1,234 MW power supply contract from Uttarakhand

Adani Power has received a Letter of Award (LoA) from Uttarakhand Power Corporation (UPCL) to supply 1,234 MW of thermal power under a long-term agreement spanning 25 years. The contract covers a net power supply of 1,234 MW at the ex-bus level, backed by an installed capacity of 1,320 MW. The company received the LoA on October 13, after emerging as the successful bidder in UPCL’s tender.
