Tata Power adds 88,397 rooftop solar systems in Q2 as installations hit record

Tata Power Solaroof installed a record 88,397 rooftop solar systems in Q2 2026-27, marking a 33% increase year-on-year with a capacity of 426 MWp, supporting India's clean energy goals and PM Surya Ghar Yojana. Tata Power Solaroof, the rooftop solar division of Tata Power Renewable Energy, installed 88,397 rooftop solar systems in the July-September quarter. This is 33% more than the 66,447 systems it installed in the same quarter last year, the company said in a statement on Tuesday.
