In April, global investor CapitaLand Investment sold a business park in Chennai to K Raheja-sponsored Mindspace Business Parks REIT and 360 ONE Asset. Amid declining foreign capital inflows and favourable valuations, domestic investors have stepped up their activity in commercial real estate.
