IndusInd Bank on Monday announced that it has set up a dedicated banking vertical for Global Capability Centres (GCCs), as India’s GCC base expands and companies increasingly manage technology, engineering, analytics and other functions from the country. The bank’s new GCC Banking vertical will bring corporate and employee banking under a single relationship. It will cover digital banking, employee banking, commercial cards, capital account and FEMA solutions, and foreign-currency accounts through its International Banking Unit at GIFT City. Shares of IndusInd Bank were trading down 1.32% at Rs 900.50 apiece on the BSE on Monday.
