Sun Pharma incorporates global treasury arm at IFSC, GIFT City

Drug major Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd on Wednesday announced the incorporation of a wholly-owned indirect subsidiary, Sun Pharma Global Treasury Centre IFSC Ltd, in Gujarat's GIFT City. According to a regulatory filing, the new unit was incorporated on September 8, 2026, at the International Financial Services Centre (IFSC) in GIFT City, Gandhinagar. It has been set up as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sun Pharma Laboratories Ltd, with a 100 per cent holding, including nominee shareholders.
