Banking leaders urged to shape reforms as government readies panel for Viksit Bharat 2047

Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman on Monday called on banking leaders to submit recommendations on reforms needed to align the sector with India's development ambitions, as the government prepares to set up a high-powered committee to examine the role of banking in achieving Viksit Bharat 2047.
