Centre unlikely to dilute strategic sale list despite ministries’ push for review

The Centre is unlikely to dilute its list of public sector enterprises identified for strategic sale despite repeated demands from several ministries to reconsider the companies included in the privatisation plan, according to The Times of India. The government has been reviewing its list of public sector companies marked for privatisation, listing and closure, with the Prime Minister’s Office involved in the exercise.
