Jindal Steel Q4: Steelmaker back in profit, declares Rs 2 dividend for FY26

Metals firm Jindal Steel Ltd swung back to profit for the January-March quarter, reporting a consolidated net profit of Rs 1,045 crore for the quarter, compared to a loss of Rs 339 crore in the same quarter last year. Consolidated revenue for the quarter increased by 23 percent to Rs 16,218 crore. The company's board declared a final dividend of Rs 2 per share for FY26. Adjusted earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortisation (EBITDA) for the quarter were Rs 2,647 crore.
