Maruti Suzuki India Ltd on Thursday said it recorded its highest-ever annual production at 23.4 lakh units in FY26, becoming the only passenger vehicle maker in India to achieve the milestone, as per SIAM data. The company also said it is the only manufacturing facility under Suzuki Motor Corporation globally to reach this production level. “Very few companies across the world have been able to manufacture such large volumes in a single country,” Managing Director and CEO Hisashi Takeuchi said.
