HUL Q3FY26: Profit more than doubles to Rs 6,603 crore, labour code impact Rs 113 crore; shares plunge 3%

Hindustan Unilever (HUL) reported a 120% year-on-year (YoY) jump in its Q3FY26 net profit at Rs 6,603 crore from Rs 2,989 crore reported in its Q3FY25. This includes the profit from the Hindustan Unilever’s ice cream business which has been treated as a discontinued operation after it was demerged into Kwality Wall’s (India).
