FIIs net sell shares worth Rs 4346 crore, DIIs net buy Rs 3935 crore on January 16

Foreign investors (FIIs/FPIs) net sold Rs 4346 crore worth of Indian equities on January 16. At the same time, domestic institutional investors (DIIs) net bought shares worth Rs 3935 crore, according to provisional exchange data. DIIs purchased shares worth Rs 19135 crore and sold shares worth Rs 15200 crore. In contrast, FIIs bought shares worth Rs 20156 crore but sold shares totalling Rs 24506 crore.
