China December Forex Reserves Rise Slightly Less Than Expected

China's foreign exchange reserves rose slightly less than expected in December, official data showed on Wednesday, as the dollar weakness persisted. The country's foreign exchange reserves, the world's largest, increased by $11.5 billion last month to $3.358 trillion, against a Reuters poll forecast of $3.36 trillion. The reserves totalled $3.346 trillion in November.
