Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman on Thursday highlighted that the global value chain is going through a disruptive phase amid developing technology and innovation. She further stated that global headwinds becoming prominent in the modern world as global institutions are fading. Speaking on government's contributions, Sitharaman asserted that governemtn capex has increased significantly over the past decade with infrastructure creation as key focus.
