We can expect more banks to extend wealth management offerings beyond high net-worth individuals (HNIs) and ultra-HNIs to the mid- and high-income groups, said Himanish Chaudhuri, partner and financial services leader, Deloitte India. During an interaction with Moneycontrol to unpack the findings of the '2025 Digital Banking Maturity (DBM) Study' by Deloitte, the sixth such report, he also said public-private partnerships, such as those with ONDC or the Aadhaar Stack, are expected to enhance and accelerate value-added services in Indian banking apps.
