South Korea Proposes Bigger Extra Budget of 12 Trln Won

South Korea will draw up an extra budget of 12 trillion won ($8.45 billion), the finance minister said on Tuesday, up from the previous proposal of 10 trillion won. The budget will include 4 trillion won for responses to changes in the global trade environment and other spending to support small businesses and those hit by recent natural disasters, Minister Choi Sang-mok said.
